With a grand sweeping staircase overlooked by a huge LED chandelier providing a choreographed background of light, colour and performance to events that will leave your guests talking for months. Located within the exciting West HQ precinct, Sydney Coliseum Theatre, West HQ sets the stage for conferences and events for audiences of 300 - 2000. Host your banquet, gala or cocktail party in Sydney’s most iconic new venue and experience extraordinary events.
The performance-ready auditorium accommodates up to 2000 delegates in theatre mode and 550 in banquet mode. Technologically brilliant, your conference will move into high performance mode led by a sound and lighting team with decades of theatrical experience.
Unique break-out spaces provide moments of theatrical inspiration for your guests including a rehearsal room for 150, VIP room, 18 dressing rooms, banquette areas within stunning foyers and outdoor cocktail spaces.
Seating up to 550 guests for a banquet event, awards night or gala dinner or 750 for a stunning cocktail party, the auditorium is custom built for magnificent events.
With full immersive sound, stage, 83 line fly tower and impressive rigging system there’s a range of resources available to create any production to bring your banquet to life at Sydney’s new cultural landmark.
